Daniel Schmeichel is an associate attorney with Aegis Law Firm. Mr. Schmeichel’s employment practice includes discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, in addition to wage and hour matters.

Mr. Schmeichel earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California San Diego. He then received his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During law school, he participated in his law school’s small business clinic assisting entrepreneurs in business matters. Mr. Schmeichel also volunteered with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer’s Program where he assisted individuals facing evictions.

In his free time, Mr. Schmeichel enjoys putting around local golf courses and spending time with his family and friends.
