Shelly Song

Shelly Song is an associate at Aegis Law Firm, and litigates primarily wage and hour class actions. Prior to joining Aegis law firm, Ms. Song worked at a long-standing plaintiff’s law firm in Orange County which focused solely on individual and class action employment litigation, where she played a critical role in obtaining preliminary and final approval of class action settlements. She is an active member of the California State Bar’s Labor and Employment Section and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.

Ms. Song received a B.A. in English Literature from Chapman University in Orange, California.  She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.  As a student, she was an intern at Loyola Law School’s nonprofit clinic, Project for the Innocent, where she worked on a habeas corpus motion and assisted in freeing a man who spent 34 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.  Ms. Song also served as treasurer for the Criminal Law Society.
