Cindy Pham

Cindy PhamCindy Pham is an associate attorney at Aegis Firm and has substantial experience in representing employees with claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, misclassification, and wage and hour violations.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Pham joined the law firm of Stevens & McMillan, where she first began representing employees against employers in various employment-related actions.

In 2014 and prior to joining Aegis Law Firm, Ms. Pham worked at the firm of Madison Harbor, ALC, where in addition to representing employees, she also represented employers and provided consulting to minimize exposure to litigation claims. In addition, Ms. Pham also practiced personal injury and business litigation.

Ms. Pham is fluent in Vietnamese.
